Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your parcel promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact HnH Jewels customer support as soon as possible with the order details. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging. Return or exchange eligibility is confirmed before an item is sent back.

We collect the contact, delivery and order information needed to process purchases, provide support and prevent misuse. Information may be shared with payment, hosting and courier service providers only as required to operate the store. We do not sell customer personal information.

Jewellery Care

Keep your jewellery dry and away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Put it on after getting ready, and remove it before bathing or swimming.

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch to help prevent scratches and tangling.
